  • Nordic Soap LLC uses only natural and organic (when listed) ingredients in all of our products. Our products are all hypo-allergenic, non-comedogenic, 100% biodegradable, 100% vegan, and are free of detergents, surfactants, sulfates, colors, dyes, artificial perfumes, artificial scents, sugar solutions, alchohol solutions, SLS or SLES. They are never tested on animals.

    Statements we make about our products are for informational purposes only; they may be incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect and are not intended to replace the advice of medical professionals. Our products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. No liability is taken by Nordic Soap LLC or its employees, owners or affiliates for any claim arising out of the use of any Nordic Soap LLC product. Please test all skin products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

    The only personal information we collect from you is what you voluntarily supply and Nordic Soap LLC will not sell, lease, share or otherwise disclose that information to any third party, except as may be required to ship your order. Information you send to us via email or an order form is stored in an electronic database. We only use that information to respond to your inquiry or order.   • Shipping & Delivery
  • Nordic Soap LLC charges a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order to the United States and $14.99 to the United Kingdom. We make every attempt to ship items within 3-5 business days of your order; because our products are handmade, occasionally we require a few more days to complete your order. If due to unforeseen circumstances we project it will take longer than 7 business to ship your items, we will email you immediately. We usually ship via USPS, Priority Mail, but we may choose a different shipper based on your order.

  • Nordic Soap LLC charges 6% Pennsylvania sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for Pennsylvania residents only.


  • Return Policy
  • Nordic Soap LLC believes strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase (less shipping costs). Please include with your return the reason for return, a description of items you are returning and its price. If you received a package that has been damage in transit, please let us know withing 48 hours from receipt and keep original shipping material in order for us to present to USPS for their internal investigation.     We will pay the return shipping cost if product is damaged in shipping, or does not match your order. If product is returned for any reasons other than shipping damage, you are responsible for the shipping cost. We will issue your refund to you in the same manner as you paid, within 5 business days of receiving the return. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site through PayPal or using a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Nordic Soap LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
